Ad\u00f3sz\u00e1m: 10792508-2-42<\/strong><\/p>

(1) If nothing else is stated in the price quotation (offer), the following conditions of sales shall apply.<\/p>

(2) The price quotation is no commitment to sell, only the order confirmation forms the sales contract.<\/p>

(3) The price quotations are valid only for the indicated quantities and for an order of all listed items within a price quotation. In case the client changes the quantities and\/or orders only selected items, we may need to recalculate the prices. In case the client requests a repeated purchase order beyond the validity of the price quotation, we reserve the right to recalculate our sales prices.<\/p>

(4) Terms of payment: Products and non refundable engineering cost (NRE): 30 days net after invoice date. The invoice is issued at the EXW delivery date. For delayed payments an interest rate of 0.06% per day is due.<\/p>

(5) Validity of the offer: The stated prices are valid for orders within 30 days after the date of the offer. The stated delivery time is valid for orders within 10 days after the date of the offer.<\/p>

(6) Lead time: The indicated lead time is our estimated time for production. Lead times for prototypes and first production lots of new products are a rough estimation and are for reference only.<\/p>

(7) Partial deliveries: If nothing else is stated, partial deliveries shall be allowed.<\/p>

(8) Prices: All prices are EXW Budapest, Hungary, including packing for ground transportation or air-freight. All prices are without VAT.<\/p>

(9) Delivery (Incoterms 2000): EXW Budapest, Hungary<\/p>

(10) Transportation: The client is requested to name his forwarder and his account number at this forwarder. We ship the goods at the client’s cost and at the client’s risk.<\/p>

(11) Return of claimed products: Claims can only be considered within 8 days after receipt of goods. In case of any claims for defect items, the client shall send a report. Upon acceptance, we will issue a “Return of Material Number” that allows the return of the claimed items on our cost. Payments for deliveries already made must not be held back, until we accept the claim. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number.<\/p>

(12) Cancellation of the order by the client: As our products are custom made, we can not accept any cancellation of the order once the order confirmation has been issued.<\/p>

(13) Place of performance and jurisdiction for both parties is Budapest, Hungary.<\/p>
